Saul Cimbler heads Florida Insurance Claims Solutions™. He is certified by the Windstorm Insurance Network™ and the Insurance Appraiser and Umpire Association™ under each of their certification criteria for Insurance Umpires and Insurance Appraisers. Saul has subsequently completed the advanced Umpire and Appraiser recertification training with each organization. Saul Cimbler was formerly Chairman of the Windstorm Insurance Network’s Legislative Committee and formally served on their Umpire Certification Committee. Saul is also certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRS) for Water Damage Restoration. He is also qualified as a Florida Arbitrator and as well participates as a mediator in contested matters.

Saul is consistently involved in advanced training involving hurricane, flood, fire & flood matters, including mold, roof, fire and other facets, commercial and business interruption and other appraisal and umpire matters concerning property insurance claims.

Born in Havana, Cuba, Saul is bilingual & biliterate. He accepts assignments throughout Florida, the United States and the Caribbean.
